Working at Green & Schafle in Philadelphia was a rewarding and fulfilling experience. Green & Schafle offered a great working environment, and I learned an incredible amount during my time
with the firm. The firm and its partners truly cared about helping me build my legal career and seeing me succeed. I was provided with many opportunities to help me understand all stages of the civil litigation process.
While the workload was varied and voluminous, I always felt reassured and confident in my work knowing that I had the resources and support within the firm to accomplish anything that was assigned to me. I had a great summer working as a law clerk at Green and Schafle. As a law clerk in the vaccine litigation practice, working at a small firm, I was able to get a lot of hands on experience interacting with clients and conducting legal research and writing. I wanted to work at a smaller firm like Green and Schafle so that I would have more responsibility and be given more assignments to improve my legal research and writing skills. I also came into the summer hoping to work with clients during intake, as well as preparing them for trial, and I gained this experience. All of my assignments were valuable and helping real people who were struggling with their vaccine injuries and looking for compensation or a way to move forward. My time as a clerk was a great way to do meaningful work by interacting with those affected by vaccine injuries, while also gaining a wide breadth of experience in civil litigation.

During my externship experience at Green & Schafle, I gained practical experience in civil litigation. My responsibilities included drafting settlement demands, affidavits, and petitions for vaccine injury cases. I also had the opportunity to conduct client intake interviews to gather essential facts and learn the specifics of their vaccine-related injuries. This hands-on experience allowed me to gain a meaningful understanding of the litigation process, from initial client meetings to the preparation of legal documents. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time working at Green & Schafle and am grateful for the valuable skills and knowledge this experience provided me.

Adam is an extremely detailed and aggressive attorney. Following an automobile accident where a young driver rear-ended our vehicle, Adam was able to reach a settlement with their insurance provider to help offset our resultant personal costs. This was especially significant because, at the time, we had a limited tort policy which did not allow for us to collect damages. Adam also counseled us on the PA Tort system so that we could make an educated choice for the future. Would highly recommend.

I was run off the road resulting in a terrible accident injuring my back and wrists. I was admitted to the hospital and did not know what to do. Fortunately a friend referred Green & Schafle.
