GREEN, SCHAFLE & GIBBS are proud to announce that firm partner, Charles Gibbs, has been profiled in the Philadelphia Tribune for his commitment to serving the local community through his thriving criminal practice.
The Tribune identified trial attorney Gibbs for his "passion for helping people solve their legal problems." Mr. Gibbs joined our firm almost three years ago as a partner, and we have been thrilled to see his practice grow. Last November, Mr. Gibbs was appointed the solicitor for Yeadon Borough; he now represents both Yeadon and Darby boroughs. In addition to his longstanding criminal practice, he has experienced impressive growth in his personal injury practice area as well.
Charles’ dedication to his clients has earned him numerous awards and accolades. Most recently, he has been selected to Super Lawyers® and inducted into the West Catholic High School Hall of Fame. In 2014, he was named “Outstanding Young Lawyer” by the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia and identified by LEADERSHIP Philadelphia as one of the city's most impactful young "Connectors & Keepers." In 2015, Charles was named by Philadelphia Business Journal as one of its Top 40 under 40 "movers and shakers."
An active member of his community, Charles also serves as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a charter high school. In 2015, Mayor Michael A. Nutter appointed him to the Philadelphia Police Community Oversight Board.
